547 - Milk Market
Today’s adventure was a dystopian-themed portrait shoot in Denver.
Round two on the portraits, baby. I’m stationed in Denver for a minute so why not?
The main objective today was to test out the Sony 50mm f/1.2 lens I rented. I WANT TO OWN THIS LENS SO BAD. I need to replace my janky 50mm f/1.8 with something noteworthy. The 1.8 could barely keep up on my last adventure. It did not like focusing in those dark conditions. (But I managed because I’m a fucking G.)
But apparently I’m not G enough to afford the 1.2. So here I am. Renting it like some kind of noob.
Anyway, the model for this shoot, Crystal, I’d met at The Headquarters almost a year ago. We vibed pretty well, so I hit her up again for this session.
Again I’m not gonna do a full write-up for this because it’s a portrait shoot. Here’s my top 7 shots from the adventure:
I’m on a mission to explore as much as humanely possible.
